Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on proven experience)

What You'll Do

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll ensure products meet strict quality standards by performing inspections, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the production process. Daily tasks include:

• Performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts and finished products
• Inspecting and testing parts for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Identifying, documenting, and resolving quality issues during production
• Conducting analysis using microscopes, test equipment, and visual inspections
• Reviewing and verifying process documentation for accuracy
• Testing and calibrating circuit boards to meet customer specifications
• Troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards down to the component level
• Fabricating cables for testing purposes as needed
• Recording test results, maintaining documentation, and generating reports

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics inspection
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
• Strong troubleshooting and deductive reasoning abilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency with test equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power supplies, and signal generators
• Experience with AOI Systems and Electrical Node Testing
• Visual inspection and microscope experience (must be able to work under a microscope for extended periods)
• Soldering skills; J-STD 001, IPC-600, and IPC-620 standards a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to sit for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where the temperature may vary
