Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $17.14 per hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overtime: Paid after 8 hours

What You'll Do

• Operate press equipment to safely and efficiently produce quality parts
• Assist with material movement as part of a collaborative manufacturing team
• Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with tolerance standards
• Follow established safety procedures and minimize downtime to maximize production
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members to meet daily goals
• Adhere to all quality and safety policies
