RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Manager, Logistics & Service - Mobile to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Manager, Logistics & Service - Mobile, you will manage the schedule and coordination of delivery and pick up of rental units with clients and serves as the liaison for service issues with the mobile division, clients, corporate and OEM's. This position is full-time working Monday-Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(70%) Mobile Delivery Management

• Schedules and Performs Site Planning to ensure equipment will fit and function at customer location
• Sets up delivery of mobile trailer with customer in assigned market, coordinating delivery time and in-service times
• Sets up transportation of trailer with 3^rd party vendors to customer location or back to depot
• Performs in-service with customer and techs ensuring they are comfortable using the equipment and trailer
• Performs inventory audit with customer, obtains customer signature on inventory
• Ensures satisfaction of customer through ongoing communication, including pre-delivery confirmation call and post-delivery follow-up
• Ensures OEM is set up to connect and test network connection and ensure equipment is operating properly
• Ensures smooth closure of service through pre-pick up calls with clients and vendors to review paperwork, account for equipment and confirm removal of protected health information (PHI) and medical waste from the unit
• Manages client survey process at the end of rentals, including preparing analysis on data received for distribution to leadership team

(25%) Depot and Inventory Management

• Conducts inspections and inventory of trailers at depots prior to delivery to customers
• Reviews trailer condition with depot management, make informed decisions about needed repairs and cleanliness
• Maintains inventory of coils and other items in storage at depot
• Reviews condition of patient pad sets and other accessories and orders and replaces as needed
• Reviews and records software and coach options in appropriate Barcodes all items on the mobile trailers, entering into barcoding software

(5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in a Mobile imaging environment
• Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance
• Currently hold or have the ability to obtain a valid passport

Preferred:

• Associate's degree in business or related health care field or equivalent experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
