Job Description	The office assistant will assist the office staff and faculty with various tasks to include: Answering phone Taking messages Running copies Greeting staff, faculty, and students Answering questions regarding general office services Updating bulletin boards, making labels and assisting with setting up for special events Be able to operate common office equipment such as computers and copier. Assist with department social media Perform other duties as assigned.
