What role will you play?

In this role, you will support both the Brand and Internal Communications functions, helping to shape and share the Macquarie story with internal and external audiences. You will ideate, write, and deliver internal communications campaigns, while partnering with the Brand Manager to evolve and optimize the regional brand strategy. Additionally, you'll coordinate with the broader team to leverage content across marketing channels, report on campaign performance, and provide day-to-day support including business-critical communications and brand sponsorship requests.
S alary range for this position: $6 5,000-77,000/Y ear. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • 2+ years of corporate communications experience, including planning, creating, and delivering campaigns
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear storylines
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience in project management
  • Proven ability to report to and work with senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to the financial services industry is an advantage.
