ATS GROUND SIM INSTUCTOR CAS ILN

What you will do:

This position is for a FAR 142 Ground and Simulator Instructor. In this role you will train pilots in ground procedures and flight simulator environments. The Ground and Simulator Instructor will support the ATS training center on Boeing 757/767 aircraft and other models as directed by the Manager of Flight Training. Eligibility for attainment of TCE as approved by the FAA is anticipated. Once TCE status is attained, you will be expected to provide (under FAA approval) proficiency, type and ATP certifications to students.

Minimum Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Ability to complete initial and recurrent aircraft type training is required
• Previous FAR part 121 and/or 142 training center experience required
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel as needed
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills required

Preferred Skills:

• College Degree preferred
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor and prior TCE experience
• Experience as a Flight Simulator instructor
• Operating experience in a FAR part 121 environment
