We're seeking a strategic Corporate Learning & Development (CL&D) Manager to join our HR leadership team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role leads a team of Corporate Learning Specialists and partners with HR Consultants to design, deliver, and enhance learning programs across the enterprise. The CL&D Manager will drive initiatives in leadership development, compliance, technical training, and AI readiness while leveraging analytics and Workday tools to align learning strategies with business goals. - Estimated Salary: $110,000-$146,000 , plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and develop a team of HR Specialists who are learning professionals, fostering engagement, alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Assess learning needs and align them with business goals, using analytics and Workday tools to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate programs including leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, technical training, and tuition/industry education.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs as a trusted advisor to ensure learning initiatives support enterprise priorities such as leadership development, AI readiness, and future workforce needs.
- Oversee reporting, governance, budgets, and vendors to ensure compliance, efficiency, and long-term effectiveness of learning programs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven experience in corporate learning or organizational development with a focus on enterprise-wide program design and delivery.
- Strong leadership experience in corporate learning and development, with a proven ability to guide teams and influence across the organization.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing learning platforms and content providers, with the ability to scale solutions across a large organization.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to align learning strategies with business goals.
- Strategic thinking and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to improve learning delivery, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
- Relationship-building skills, fostering internal and external partnerships to support learning initiatives and drive adoption.
- Experience thriving in a larger, team-based environment, contributing to shared goals and leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance learning impact.
