Operations Lead

The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to create technical synergy that will modernize, secure, and create efficiency for the client? As an Operations Lead, you know the importance of ensuring synchronization of operations for exercise support. You're eager to apply your experience and mission area focus in support of the Department of Defense to develop creative solutions.

On our team, you'll lead a team that designs, develops, and implements solutions for software integration projects across functions or between organizations that'll impact the client. Using an agile framework, you'll collaborate with supporting operations and tactical operations to integrate across several functional areas in support of the mission set. You will plan, organize, and conduct integration projects that meet design specifications and standards from inception to completion.

In this role, you'll impact the client by ensuring integration and synchronization to exercise support objectives. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in Special Operations.

• 5+ years of experience in operational planning and support roles

• Experience working with Tactical Mission Networks

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 4+ years of experience managing, forecasting, coordinating, and executing operations in the SOF community

• Bachelor's degree

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
