Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant work experience, the skills required for the role, internal equity, market competitiveness, and budget considerations. Job Summary: Under immediate supervision of the Director of Employee Benefit Programs and HRIS, the Human Resources Senior Assistant performs a wide variety of functions. The Human Resources Senior Assistant provides general administrative support, and in coordination with other stakeholders, is responsible for many employee centered processes, including information and document management, onboarding, and licensure tracking. The Human Resources Senior Assistant is an advocate in implementing our mission of "Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive health care for all."
