Reporting Relationships
Position Reports To: General Manager
Basic Functions:

Responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the restaurant. You will assist the Lead Accountant, Management team, and other employees, helping to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, maintains accurate financial records, and ensures compliance. This position will act as a backup to the office staff.

Essential Functions:

Perform daily tip audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Assist with filling out applications, forms, and maintaining administrative paperwork.

Oversee cash management, including daily reconciliations, deposits, and petty cash tracking.

Maintain accurate financial and operational records for audits and reporting.

Support payroll preparation and assist with scheduling as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

Assist managers with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.

Handle communication with vendors, banks, and service providers as directed.

Provide general office support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee file management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting.

Basic accounting knowledge and experience with cash handling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle sensitive financial and employee information confidentially.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and courteous demeanor.

Working Guidelines:
