JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Tressa Nese and Helen Diskevich Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence (CGNE) at the Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing is seeking an efficient, organized, and team-focused individual with administrative and event-planning skills to join our team as a part-time administrative support assistant. This position will promote our center's mission by proving essential functions related to planning and facilitating various programs of education, research, and service. It will also provide essential support for center operations and infrastructure by creating reports, organizing office files, processing expenditures, facilitating meeting resources, and other administrative duties. Job duties to include:
CGNE is an interdisciplinary community of clinicians, educators, scientists, and learners whose leadership actively involves improving care and quality of life for older adults in the United States. Our center engages in innovative strategies to advance the practice of gerontology through education, research, translation of best practice, outreach/service, and strategic partnerships.
