Take Charge of Your Career at Interstates
At Interstates, we don't just show up to work, we show up for each other. From our headquarters in Iowa to job sites across the country, we're doing award-winning electrical, controls, automation, and OT work that powers industrial facilities for clients here in the U.S. and around the world. Whether you're bending conduit, wiring panels, writing code, supporting projects, or helping things run behind the scenes, you'll be part of a crew that works hard, shares laughs, and takes pride in doing quality work. We believe in building strong teams, doing the right thing, and making a difference in the communities where we live. If you want to grow and do meaningful work, you'll feel at home here. As an Analytics Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of data-driven products and services that transform how Interstates and our clients use information to operate and grow. This is a product-first role: you'll bring proven product management expertise-driving the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch-while applying a strong understanding of analytics to guide decisions and create customer value. You won't be building dashboards yourself, but you'll deeply understand the tools, processes, and insights that data teams deliver. Joining Interstates means joining a team that values innovation, growth, and real impact.

This role will be central to helping us data-enable all of Interstates' offers. * Performance & Improvement: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to recommend enhancements or pivots. * Other Duties as Assigned: Flex and grow with a supportive team, tackling new challenges and learning every day.

* Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of product management experience with a strong record of developing and launching products or services. * Proven ability to translate business requirements into product requirements and actionable roadmaps. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across technical and non-technical teams. * Experience delivering products or services in a growth or technology-driven environment; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
