Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in San Jose, CA, with one required onsite day per week (Wednesdays). Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support sourcing and fulfillment operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient processing of procurement proposals, change orders, and project closeouts while serving as the central point for managing internal approval workflows. You'll also play a key role in vendor onboarding and providing reporting that supports organizational transparency and efficiency. Our Ideal Candidate
Job Description In this role, you will manage the routing and tracking of procurement proposals and change orders to ensure timely approvals. You'll partner with sourcing managers, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain accurate status trackers, proactively follow up on delays, and support new vendor onboarding by ensuring required documentation is systematically submitted. You will also produce summary and exception reports on a recurring basis and provide administrative support for project managers, including note-taking during meetings and monitoring vendor schedules as needed.
