Diamond Parking is a dynamic leader in the parking management industry, committed to delivering reliable and innovative parking solutions. We are seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused IT Technician to support our internal staff and help maintain our IT infrastructure.

Job Description:

As an IT Technician, you will be the first line of support for internal users experiencing technical issues. You'll handle support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and escalate complex issues when needed. You will work closely with the senior team members, who will provide guidance, mentorship, and support for your professional development and technical growth. Your role is essential in keeping our systems running smoothly and our team productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone and email
  • Create and manage helpdesk tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
  • Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external support
  • Follow up to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base
  • Assist in maintaining IT documentation and procedures
  • Collaborate with and learn from the Sr Team members, actively participating in training and mentorship opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems and support workflows
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or education preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, etc.
  • Experience in parking management or similar industries

Salary: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting.
