Location: Seattle, Pioneer Square (Onsite, Full-Time) Company Overview: Job Description: As an IT Technician, you will be the first line of support for internal users experiencing technical issues. You'll handle support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and escalate complex issues when needed. Salary: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business.
