Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Grand Prairie, TX. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Conduct time and motion studies to understand current production processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Assist in line balancing to optimize distribution of labor in key areas of manufacturing process.
• Support the development and implementation of standard work procedures.
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Assist in designing and creating fixtures and other devices to improve workflow.
• Document findings and present ideas for improvement to leadership.
• This opportunity will grant the individual an opportunity to grow in their professional development by gaining experience in a complex manufacturing process.

• Pay rate: $27.00/Hour
• Hours: 40 hours/week 1^st Shift
• Length: Temp (6 Months)

• High school Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel - specifically pivot tables, analysis, self-sufficient
• Minimum 2 years of experience with data analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Time Studies

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles
• Familiar with line balancing.
• Lean, specifically Green Belt.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
