Job Title: Total Rewards Analyst FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Human Resources Reports to: Director, Compensation and Benefits Flex Work Eligible! This position qualifies for the Flexible Work Policy. Employees receive 75 workdays annually to work remote! The initial amount of days is prorated for the first year based on start date. GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The Total Rewards Analyst provides essential analytical, administrative, and project support to Loram's Total Rewards team. Working closely with the Sr. Compensation Analyst and Sr. Benefits Analyst, this role ensures effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs, supports process improvements, and helps maintain data integrity. The analyst collaborates across the HR function to provide a positive employee experience and support Loram's commitment to competitive, compliant, and engaging total rewards.
