Contract- 6 months

Description

We are searching for a Dell Data Domain Platform expert to assist with a 6-month contract. The priority for the customer is their production environment and then support for their cyber vault. The responsibilities of the onsite contractor are outlined below:

Production



  • Day-to-day operational activities/tasks
  • Review backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance, user and backup policies) to identify area of improvement
  • Identity and monitor any capacity issues
  • Assist with setting Networker policies for VM backups
  • General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas

    Cyber Vault


  • Monitor daily operations of the cyber vault
  • Manage capacity and performance of replication jobs
  • Review backup set reports, CyberSense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis (indexing, segments, etc.)
  • Assist with Mtree replications (when needed)
  • Note that the customer will be implementing a Clean Room and once complete the customer will need assist with day to day operations

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
