Warehouse Equipment Operator

Staffmark is hiring a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join a fast-paced distribution center in Haslet, TX. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating powered industrial equipment to move, store, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This position is ideal for someone with previous material handling or warehouse equipment experience who's ready to take their skills to the next level.

Pay: $18.25/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:40 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment such as: Forklifts, Clamp trucks, Cherry pickers, and Motorized pallet jacks (certification required)
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, store, ship, and transport goods within the warehouse
• Sort, weigh, bale, and recycle materials per customer specifications
• Disassemble, repair, or reassemble products and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Cross-train and support other warehouse functions as needed

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6+ months of warehouse or equipment operation experience
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and operate equipment for long periods
• Certified (or willing to certify) to operate warehouse equipment
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and efficient
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
