Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $21 - $27/hr. (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support and uphold Company's Quality System and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Expedite and accurately process customer orders, shipping, and receiving to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
  • Organize and direct workforce staffing, monitor production flow, and ensure timely completion of customer shipments.
  • Train, coach, and guide operators to reinforce performance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production, training, and safety documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.




Qualifications:



  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and products.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and self-directed with sound judgment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively at all levels.
