Join Staffmark and take your finance career to the next level! We're seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Client Service Administrator to manage trust administration and client services for a leading financial institution.
This role is perfect for professionals with corporate trust and cash management experience looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $28 - $31 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities



  • Administer daily operations for 100+ MBS trusts, including RMBS, CMBS, and ABS
  • Manage cash accounts for domestic and some international clients, including investment, liquidation, and distribution of funds
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, investors, and other deal parties
  • Review and approve monthly distribution payments and statements
  • Ensure compliance with transaction documents and regulatory requirements
  • Perform ongoing maintenance of deal and account information across multiple banking systems
  • Collaborate with team members on department projects and process improvements
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC and new account opening procedures



Your Skills and Experience



  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Trust or a related field
  • Strong cash management skills
  • Undergraduate degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Word and advanced Excel skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance day-to-day tasks with big-picture thinking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
