We're seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) Client Service Administrator to manage trust administration and client services for a leading financial institution. Pay: $28 - $31 per hour (Depending on Experience) Shift: Monday - Friday \| 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Administer daily operations for 100+ MBS trusts, including RMBS, CMBS, and ABS Manage cash accounts for domestic and some international clients, including investment, liquidation, and distribution of funds Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, investors, and other deal parties Review and approve monthly distribution payments and statements Ensure compliance with transaction documents and regulatory requirements Perform ongoing maintenance of deal and account information across multiple banking systems Collaborate with team members on department projects and process improvements Ensure strict adherence to KYC and new account opening procedures Your Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in Corporate Trust or a related field Strong cash management skills Undergraduate degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Proficient in MS Word and advanced Excel skills Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance day-to-day tasks with big-picture thinking Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
