Production Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring Production Machine Operators to join a dynamic manufacturing team! In this role, you'll support operations by running production and assembly machines, inspecting parts, and ensuring high-quality output. You'll also participate in setup, minor maintenance, and safety compliance while working in a fast-paced factory environment.

Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Some Saturdays

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery, robots, and assembly equipment
• Perform 100% visual inspection of all parts produced
• Set up and changeover machinery per schedule and product needs
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Use gauges and measuring tools to verify quality
• Accurately complete production reports, tags, and checklists
• Follow all safety regulations, including use of PPE (steel toe boots, earplugs, and safety glasses)
• Assist in training new team members
• Participate in team meetings and problem-solving activities
• Maintain a respectful and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced factory environment
• Able to stand, lift, push, pull, and bend for long periods
• Physically able to lift 10-35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
