The Challenge

Are you a data-driven leader who is energized by the chance to create new products and analytics to power strategic decision making for a high growth business? This high impact role is for you. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Data Product Manager to join the Enterprise Digital Media Customer Intelligence (CI) team. Adobe's Enterprise Digital Media business is growing rapidly and represents over $3B+ across Adobe's flagship Creative Cloud and Document Cloud offerings. The CI team plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of this business by providing the critical systems, tools, and insights that our Sales and Post-Sales Field teams need to make our customers successful.

In this role you will lead data discovery, analysis, and solution design to integrate Adobe and third-party data sources into CI reporting and systems. You will document data requirements for development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical feasibility and work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, you will provide program leadership for complex, data-intensive CI projects across global functions, and help prioritize initiatives in collaboration with key business partners to shape the team's roadmap.

What you'll do:

  • Lead data discovery, analysis and solution design for integrating new Adobe and 3rd party data sets into CI reporting and systems
  • Define and document data requirements for CI systems development initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with CI team developers through solution implementation to ensure requirements are implemented successfully
  • Define and own custom CI team data mappings that enable the CI team to closely align reporting with business needs
  • Manage partnerships with other Adobe tech teams to share knowledge, scope new feature requests and address source data issues
  • Provide program leadership for key data intensive CI projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes across multiple CI team functions and geographies
  • Prioritize CI initiatives in collaboration with key partners and help establish the team roadmap

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience
  • Command of SQL and familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, cloud data warehouses and data architecture
  • Demonstrable experience in data product management, preferably in enterprise-scale BI or analytics environments
  • Experience in data requirements definition and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for developers
  • Demonstrated program management skills, with the ability to effectively lead multi-functional teams and drive project outcomes
  • Ability to multi task and drive executional follow through in a fast-paced environment
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,400 -- $231,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
