This Clinical Quality Coordinator (CQC) is responsible for supporting the clinical team, coordinating resident care and services, monitoring departmental data, and ensuring documentation compliance. This position engages with residents, families, and providers to identify opportunities that will enhance person-centered plans of care and promote satisfaction. Ecumen Pathstone consists of assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation care, memory care, adult day services, and independent living. Can vary depending on business needs. Leadership on duty rotation. Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
