Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks and Audit Coordination Analyst (Business Analysis, Jr. Analyst) to support a U.S. Coast Guard client with audit request coordination.

Most of the work performed under this contract shall be performed at client's facility in Washington, DC. Telework may be permitted at the sole discretion of the client and must be approved in writing in advance.

Responsibilities

  • Apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions. Perform day-to-day facilitation, communication and coordination of audit provided-by-client (PBC) requests.
  • Support team with tracking status of PBCs with Microsoft (MS) PowerApps and SharePoint tools
  • Maintain auditee points of contact (POC) listings
  • Support requests to POCs for responses to PBCs and Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFR)
  • Support audit coordination training
  • Support meeting minutes and audit walkthroughs.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience working with a team to support audit requests and PBC reviews.
  • Ability to accurately document client meetings and prepare actionable meeting minutes
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze large data sets with MS Excel.
  • Must be a US Citizen

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience conducting audits or supporting audit liaison activities.
  • Familiarity with USCG/DHS/Federal processes and procedures

Education

BS or BA degree from an accredited United States college or University in Accounting, Business or other relevant field of study.

Clearance

Must be able to obtain a basic DHS Public Trust clearance. Employment is contingent on passing the government clearance process.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $65,000 - $80,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
