The Operational Risk & Reporting team plays a critical role in ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Preferred & Small Business Banking organization. This team supports strategic initiatives, employee development, and risk management across multiple verticals, including: -Performance & Reporting oDevelops and drives performance metrics and line of business reporting to support data-driven decision-making, ensuring outputs can also be leveraged by training and development teams to focus on capability building. -Branch Design & Effectiveness oConducts physical and virtual branch design assessments. oTests procedures and controls to ensure operational integrity and customer experience, providing insights that can be integrated into training to reinforce best practices. -Procedure & Risk Control Inventory oManages inventory and administration of procedures. oDevelops and maintains the Risk Control Inventory to align with regulatory and internal standards, ensuring training content is supported by accurate and compliant documentation. -Issue Remediation & Fraud Management oOversees management action plans for issue and audit remediation. oLeads centralized fraud engagement and management efforts, capturing lessons learned that can be used to inform employee training and awareness initiatives. -Automation Development oDesigns and implements automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual effort, with supporting data and documentation that training teams can use to drive adoption. -Project & Intake Management oCoordinates line of business projects and intake processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals, resource capacity, and training readiness.
