Located in our Greenville, SC plant, you will be an Quality Manager. The Quality Manager oversees all aspects of quality assurance and control within the manufacturing environment to ensure products meet or exceed customer and regulatory standards. This role leads continuous improvement initiatives, manages quality systems, and drives compliance with industry standards such as ISO and IATF 16949. The Quality Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain high levels of product integrity and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential to successfully manage quality processes and promote a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
