Financial Risk Management Analyst

The Financial Risk Management Analyst is responsible for supporting foreign exchange and interest rate risk management activities including, but not limited to, the following:



  • Executing derivative/spot transactions in compliance with the applicable Policy
  • Utilizing other software tools and platforms to execute and manage derivatives (FXall)
  • Consolidating, tracking, and analyzing risk exposure forecasts
  • Working with cross-functional and international groups to ensure solid understanding of risk drivers
  • Presenting forecasts and strategies to finance management in North America and Global Treasury
  • Analyzing the accounting impacts of financial risks
  • Utilizing Penta SAP to gain insights into FX impacts to the P/L
  • Preparing forecast and actual results analysis to support FP&A
  • Quarterly and ad hoc presentations to Management
  • Monitoring current market conditions and market research (Bloomberg)
  • Supporting cash investing activities

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of Finance, Treasury, Accounting or Engineering experience
  • Solid understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets, and the impact of each on FX and interest rates
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, develop new skills, and utilize technology to improve processes
  • Ability to take complex information and present in simplified, easy to understand format
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects
  • Treasury experience in large corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel


Preferred Qualifications:



  • CPA, CA and/or CFA designation highly preferred
