Take a look at this opportunity with our Marketing team, which is seeking a passionate individual, to fill the role of Director, Global Product Marketing. Own the global product vision, upstream strategy, and portfolio roadmap for Lactation Lab (HMA), Prolact+CR and Surgifort-balancing long term growth with profitability. Lead cross functional teams across regions (R&D, Clinical/Medical, Regulatory/Quality, Ops/Supply Chain, Finance, Sales/Field Education) to shape market backed innovation, guide evidence and access strategies, and execute high impact global launches with measurable commercial outcomes.

This role will strategically and operationally lead product launches, build a scalable and repeatable product marketing function, align internal and agency partners on messaging and execution, deliver sales
enablement systems, and embed a comprehensive launch playbook into the business.

How you will contribute:


Portfolio Strategy & Upstream Marketing

  • Define a 3-5 year global portfolio strategy for Lactation Lab (HMA), Prolact+CR and Surgifort: size markets, segment customers, prioritize opportunities, and set clear investment theses and exit criteria.
  • Lead VoiceofCustomer, market insight and competitive intelligence programs; translate insights into product concepts, value propositions and multigeneration roadmaps.
  • Drive strategic, longrange planning to identify unmet needs, shape product/solution direction, and inform pricing/positioning ahead of development and commercialization.


Global GotoMarket & Lifecycle Leadership

  • Own global positioning, messaging, and value narratives; orchestrate launch and adoption plans, training and sales enablement across regions.
  • Lead product lifecycle management (innovation, renovation, SKU rationalization, phaseout) and portfolio optimization for growth and margin.
  • Partner with Clinical/Medical Affairs to define evidence strategies and KOL engagement that strengthen clinical and economic proof points; guide publication and congress plans in priority markets.


Commercial Performance, Pricing & SIOP

  • Set global pricing and profitability guardrails; collaborate with regions on tenders/contracting to deliver target gross margin and share.
  • Coown demand planning and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) alignment to ensure supply continuity, optimized inventory health, and high forecast accuracy.


Market Access & Regulatory Readiness

  • Partner with Market Access/HEOR and Regulatory/Quality to ensure reimbursement and compliance readiness for launches and claims across priority geographies (e.g., FDA, EU MDR, and applicable markets).


CrossFunctional & Global Leadership

  • Lead cross functional core teams and regional working groups; resolve tradeoffs, remove roadblocks, and influence senior stakeholders to drive decisions that advance portfolio KPIs.
  • Build and manage the agency/partner ecosystem (brand, creative, digital, research) and ensure aligned, consistent global execution.


People Leadership

  • Manage and coach two Global Product Managers; build succession, deepen PMM/PM capabilities, and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.


Additional Responsibilities for Term Baby and DM Products

  • Lead launch planning and execution for Term Baby and Disease Management (DM) products, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regional readiness.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns and materials for clinical and commercial audiences; coordinate with medical, regulatory, creative agencies, and regional marketing.
  • Deliver sales enablement programs (value messaging, objection handling, demo/education tools, playbooks) and conduct train the trainer sessions for field teams and distributors.
  • Establish product performance dashboards and cadenced business reviews; monitor adoption, utilization, market share, net revenue, ASP, and gross margin; adjust tactics based on insights.
  • Manage content and channel activation (web, social, paid/earned media, marketing automation, webinars) and ensure localization and brand consistency across regions.
  • Coordinate supply readiness, labeling/artwork, and ops handshakes for launch timing; align demand signals and safety stock with SIOP partners.
  • Capture post launch customer feedback/KOL insights and feed continuous improvement and evidence generation; update claims and collateral accordingly.
  • Ensure promotional compliance and medical/regulatory approvals for all Term Baby and DM materials and activities.


What you bring to the role:



  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Engineering or Life Sciences; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • 12-15+ years of product marketing/management experience with 7+ years in senior management, including global/regional leadership and launch ownership in regulated healthcare (med device, connected medical device, diagnostics, biologics or nutrition).
  • Demonstrated success in strategic market insight (VOC, segmentation, portfolio road mapping), global go to market, and cross functional leadership in matrixed organizations.
  • Fluency with financial modeling, pricing, and P&L levers; collaboration with SIOP/demand planning.
  • Strong understanding of clinical evidence, reimbursement, and regulatory pathways for international markets.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills; proven ability to lead at executive levels and across cultures.
  • Experience in neonatal/infant nutrition, women's health, or surgical products preferred
  • Track record building scalable product marketing playbooks and salesenablement systems preferred.

Salary: $190,000 - $215,000
