Position Overview Sealed Air designs and delivers packaging solutions that protect essential goods transported worldwide, preserve food, enable e-commerce and digital connectivity, and help create a global supply chain that is touchless, safer, less wasteful, and more resilient. Schedule: Morning Pay rate: $20.10/hr Job Description Operate equipment to produce finished goods to production specifications. Understand and be able to safely STOP equipment during normal conditions and during an emergency. Set Machine up to SOC using the appropriate conditions Use a computer system to set run conditions and adjust as necessary within SOC Perform Line start up and Line shut down Understand and safely operate equipment Follow all training documents or standard operating procedures (SOP) to operate the line safely and efficiently Ability to use production reporting systems to fulfill job functions Always safely operate lab equipment Understand all quality lab equipment and be able to operate and adjust as necessary to safely test film samples. Qualifications Must be able to follow our safety guidelines. High School diploma or equivalency Must have good communication skills both personal and via E-mail Must have the ability to demonstrate troubleshooting skills Must have good judgment with Safety and Quality decision making Ability to work additional overtime if required to get the job tasks completed Physical Requirements On your feet standing or walking for 12-hour shifts Constant pulling, pushing and maneuvering of pallet jack with load Lift up to 40 pounds repetitively, stand for extended periods of time, use stairs, hand tools as required to perform operation functions Pushing rolls of tubing up to 450 lbs. to transfer from wooden to plastic pallets. Regular bending and kneeling to cut wrap from pallets Use of hands to grasp, move, and assemble Jaws Use of hoist to transport material too heavy to manually push from one pallet to another.
