As a Business Program Manager intern on the Surface Business Team, you will work on high-impact projects that span multiple parts of the business. You will lead a strategic project that tackles a real business challenge, collaborate cross-functionally, generate insights that inform leadership decisions, and recommend actions that drive measurable outcomes. This role offers visibility into both the strategic and operational sides of the business, with opportunities to work closely with Surface leadership and influence the direction of one of Microsoft's most innovative product lines. ResponsibilitiesLead a strategic project to solve a high-impact business problem for the Surface Business, from problem definition to delivering recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to develop and implement solutions. Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio prioritization to inform decision-making. Develop and present recommendations to leadership that drive growth, efficiency, or customer/partner value. | |
