As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will lead change management to modernize our go-to-market approach, leveraging AI Agents and creative business processes. You will land sales initiatives, assess business health, and influence stakeholders to address challenges while driving digital transformation. ResponsibilitiesDriving AI adoptionReimagine every layer of the BPM role to accelerate impact through AI.Reinvent Customer Engagement for our sales teams to adopt AI to help them build and accelerate pipeline.Run a v-team of stakeholders to project manage the development and implementation of Agents following all the compliance and security requirements as set out in MicrosoftTrusted advisor to sales leadersMonitors sales performance to define/prioritize Correction of Errors and drive their execution and identifies revenue driver opportunitiesWorks with cross-functional stakeholders to design and operationalize new SMB sales motions and pilotsDeep understanding of health of business and act to address deviations.Define global initiatives with strategy stakeholders and ensure execution for growthGTM last mile activationCoordinate targeted demand generation levers with Marketing.Activate and track execution of Solution Plays.Land and track the adoption of digital Signal guidance and the use of propensity models.Activate and track execution/utilization of sales programs, offers and contests.Project Management and change managementManages complex projects from beginning to end and communicates status & risk to relevant stakeholders, and holds them accountable risk mitigation plansAligns stakeholder efforts to business impactDrives buy in and adoption of processes, tools and business priorities by following appropriate Change Management methodologiesOtherEmbody our Culture and Values |
