Requisition ID req34765 Working Title Academic Coordinator Position Grade 10 Position Summary The Department of Mathematics and Statistics is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented administrative professional to work closely with the Chair, Department Administrator and staff to assist with the day-to-day academic, administrative, and operational activities of the department. The ideal candidate should be reliable, flexible, and organized with a demonstrated ability to complete required tasks in a timely manner. Excellent administrative and communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. The position requires comprehensive administrative, organizational and operational skills, and the ability to work as a member of a team. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
