TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES OVERVIEW: As the ERP Project Manager, you will lead and orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of the organization's D365 migration, ensuring seamless alignment with evolving business strategies and operational needs. Your leadership will span cross-functional teams, guiding both internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve a unified project vision. By establishing clear project structures and fostering open communication, you will champion the adoption of best-in-class processes and innovative solutions, carefully balancing technical constraints with business objectives. Your commitment to project excellence will be evidenced through robust planning, disciplined risk management, and agile problem-solving. You will serve as the central point of accountability, collaborating with business leaders and technical experts to translate organizational goals into actionable project milestones. Emphasis will be placed on maximizing value-optimizing system capabilities to enhance productivity, elevate user experiences, and deliver measurable business impact across all departments. With a focus on proactive stakeholder engagement and change management, you will inspire teams and secure buy-in at every stage of the migration journey. Your oversight will ensure the D365 implementation is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards, ultimately equipping the organization to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. People Relationships and Leadership: Reports directly into VP Process & Technology Direct management of ERP core team 5-10 FTEs Collaborates with Business SME's to schedule sessions and ensure engagement throughout the process ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The ERP project manager will deliver the following top 3 goals.
