What you will do:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for US Public Sector Team.
- Lead Ericsson's Public Sector sales across the US.
- Lead the Public Sector Inside Sales Teams.
- Collaborate with all Public Sector resources and set strategic vision for channel, marketing and all support organizations.
- Provide effective management and motivation for the Public Sector sales teams to ensure the achievement of aggressive growth.
- Cultivate executive relationships with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and operations to help drive Ericsson's strategy and growth.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 15+ years' experience working with Enterprise and Public Sector customers.
- Extensive experience leading Public Sector sales teams.
- Deep understanding and relationships with global, regional, and vertical partners and the technology ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading sales teams- including remote management & leadership.
- Understand complex organizational structures and dynamics, including multiple level selling.
- Relationships with Distributors and experience with Two-tier sales and marketing.
- Able to forge strong relationships internally and with partners.
- Strong negotiator.
- Understand requirements to build successful relationships with partners, including strategy, financial models, onboarding, training, marketing, and enablement.
- Strong verbal and written communication.

Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. Variable Compensation Plan: This role includes the opportunity for sales commissions as a part of the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Variable Compensation Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance against sales targets and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules may apply.
