*What You'll Be Doing* * Serve as the first point of contact for members, answering questions and handling requests with professionalism and care. * Share clear, helpful information about our products and services. * Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and engaging with members to ensure a smooth experience. * Assist with everyday banking needs such as savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. * Recommend services that fit members' needs and build positive relationships. *What We're Looking For* * Strong communication skills and a desire to help others. * Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn-*no prior experience required*. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
