*Professional Summary* The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to individual investors by assisting with account transactions, resolving inquiries, and guiding users through online platforms. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide support to investors by processing transaction requests including purchases, redemptions, and exchanges via phone. * Assist clients with online account access, navigation, and troubleshooting website-related issues. * Guide investors in making informed decisions aligned with their account goals and financial objectives. * Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring a positive client experience. * Utilize internal resources to research and resolve complex account issues. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. *Qualifications* * Minimum of 1 year in a customer service-oriented role (e.g., retail, food service, call center). * Strong desire to build a long-term career in financial services. * Demonstrated ambition and motivation to grow within the company. * Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. * Ability to self-manage and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional customer service skills, including compassion, empathy, and patience. * High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and transactions. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
