Position Summary The Division of Community Health Sciences at the UIC School of Public Health is seeking a graduate student to work on a grant-funded research project focused on analysis of data from a study on HIV prevention among Tajik labor migrants who inject drugs in Moscow. Duties & Responsibilities Data analysis Assist with preparation of reports and manuscripts Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Basic knowledge of research methods Intermediate knowledge of statistics Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Currently enrolled in a UIC graduate program Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with linear and logistic regression, mediation and moderation analysis Intermediate knowledge of Stata or SAS Interest in health of people who use drugs Ability to work autonomously and complete job responsibilities independently The University of Illinois System is an equal opportunity employer, including but not limited to disability and/or veteran status, and complies with all applicable state and federal employment mandates.
