As a Security Professional - Bank Facility Patrol in El Monte, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing peace of mind for clients and visitors. Pay Rate: $20.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document observations and incidents, reporting any unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Work closely with visitors, employees, and/or contractors to provide assistance and address inquiries while maintaining a visible presence.
• Adhere to all site-specific guidelines and protocols as directed by Allied Universal and the client location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must have supervisory experience in a security-related or relevant field.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Holding a state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
