Job Summary

The position is responsible for the strategic leadership of a team of A/R Analysts responsible for $1 - $2B in annual receivables. This role will work directly with customers and bottlers in the Accounts Receivable process in Order to Cash (OTC). This role will lead a subset of A/R functions related to Escheats, Agency Placement, Legal, Rebill Collections, Collections Quality, as well as participate in Bottler Management routines, Customer escalations, and overall support of the broader A/R department. This role will also work closely across the OTC process and the broader CCBSS organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of 8-12 A/R Analysts, managing the most complex processes and customers within the client bottler portfolios.
  • Partners with OTC department leadership to identify working capital opportunities and develop appropriate actions to continuously improve the performance of a $1 -.2 billion monthly portfolio.
  • Acts as Business leader in support of key initiatives and projects.
  • Ensures the operational metrics for all process areas are properly analyzed, reviewed, and actioned as needed to ensure metrics are achieved.
  • The position is a leader in the OTC group, coordinating with each of the OTC Bottler Leads as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead customer issues to resolution, partner with NAOU, Bottlers and customers as needed for the successful resolution of issues impacting working capital.
  • Manage a team to ensure the appropriate collection and resolution of issues negatively impacting departmental currency, seriously past due, and driving working capital.
  • Develop and implement practices and procedures for efficient collection process and oversight of the collection subprocesses, to include reporting and analysis of subprocess performance, process oversight and management. Seek opportunities to automate or eliminate repetitive activities to optimize resources.
  • Supervise, train, and develop the A/R Analysts and ensure the appropriate operational practices and policies are employed.
  • Work with OTC bottler Leads to provide insight, trends, and data relevant to the customers and receivables related to their bottlers.

Education Requirements

Minimum: 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required.

Years of Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Collections, Accounting, and/or Finance

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
