Your goal is to create cohesive programs that resonate with target audiences while highlighting our core product value.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Campaign Development

  • Campaign Briefing: Develop and own the "Campaign Brief," defining the target audience, value proposition, core messaging, and creative direction.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Partner with Product Marketing (PMM) and Industry SMEs to ensure all campaign assets are technically accurate and vertically relevant. Create promotional copy for the campaign including landing page copy, suggested email copy, ad copy etc

  • Goal Setting: Use data to create full funnel goals for the campaign

  • Promotional Plan: Create the plan for the campaign across all demand levers and the workback schedule for the executional excellence team to execute upon

  • Priority Alignment: Identify and prioritize "force multiplier" opportunities-initiatives that have high impact across multiple segments or regions.

  • Global Scalability: Build campaign frameworks that can be localized by regional teams while maintaining a consistent "One Snowflake" narrative.

  • AI Innovation: Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and insights

2. Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Operational Handoff: Serve as the primary stakeholder for the Campaign Program Management team, providing them with clear briefs and strategic direction for execution.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the "Conductor" across Creative, Web, Social, and Paid Media teams to ensure the campaign theme is reflected consistently across all touchpoints. Track all campaign activation points across working group (ex. Social, field)

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure they are equipped with the right messaging and assets to follow up on the demand you generate.

3. Performance & Insights

  • Full-Funnel Analysis: Track campaign performance from initial awareness through to closed-won revenue.

  • Continuous Optimization: Use data-driven insights to pivot strategies, adjust messaging, and optimize the campaign mix mid-flight.

  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to leadership on campaign impact, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales leads to ensure campaigns are generating high-quality leads that their teams are equipped to close.

  • Campaign performance: Understand performance of campaign touchpoints including audience insights, copy performance, etc.
