This position is for Parker Hannifin's Composite Sealing Systems Division, located in San Diego (Otay Mesa), California. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm; however, overtime may be required based on business needs. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Materials Associate I prepares and verifies outgoing shipments by accurately comparing items against shipping documents and ensuring compliance with specified methods. The associate assembles containers, labels packages, and secures shipments for transport. The associate actively participates in team goals and continuous improvement initiatives, ensures efficient production flow and adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintains a safe and inclusive work environment.
