As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol transportation locations to help maintain a secure environment for all. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting Allied Universal's standards of professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol or during incidents, maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.
• Document observations and actions taken during patrols and incidents, completing logs and reports as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.
• Support access control measures, monitor entry points, and identify potential security-related concerns within the transportation environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Ability to work at posts with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
