Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Process and package cultures produced at the Freeze Dry plant.

  • Mix, blend, formulate, and package batches of raw ingredients into finished products.

  • Combine materials according to formulas, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Follow SOPs and Work Instructions to make necessary adjustments in the production process.

  • Load and unload process equipment and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the plant.

  • Maintain accurate written records of production processes, equipment, and cleaning routines.

  • Assemble and disassemble production equipment as required.

  • Clean, sanitize, and sterilize all production and packaging equipment.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a proven work history.

  • Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

  • Strong math skills, including percentages and metric measurements.

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs., climbing ladders, and maneuvering heavy loads with assistance.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry, email communication, and safety training.

  • Ability to detect color changes and identify production or equipment issues.

  • Knowledge of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, NSF, and ICH Q7.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or freeze-dry production environments.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality assurance programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to changing workloads.
