Togetherwork is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive inbound demand, expand top-of-funnel pipeline, and optimize conversion across the buyer journey. This is a hands-on, data-driven role where you'll create and scale programs that turn awareness into measurable revenue impact.

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, refine messaging, and deliver campaigns that move prospects seamlessly through the funnel.   Inbound & Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel inbound campaigns (content, SEO, paid, social, partnerships, and more) to drive awareness and top-of-funnel lead growth.

  Conversion Optimization: Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages, lead flows, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and ROI.

  Go-to-Market Leadership: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute launches for new and existing products.

  5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing roles.

  Proficiency with SEO, SEM, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and content-driven lead generation.
