KPMG is currently seeking a Digital Adoption Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the organization's technical subject matter expert on the WalkMe platform, providing guidance on solution architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities while leading the technical development of high-profile solutions
  • Act as a liaison between business, IT, and vendor partners to translate requirements into technical solutions, and regularly communicate progress, timelines, and resource needs to senior leadership
  • Design, implement, document, and maintain WalkMe governance, including branding, change management, and best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and new feature adoption of WalkMe's updates/releases
  • Oversee rigorous QA processes, conduct builder audits, and manage troubleshooting for all key WalkMe implementations to maintain high standards across the enterprise
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) builders and analysts, fostering skill development, promoting collaboration, and ensuring accountability for high-quality outcomes
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop technical documentation and training materials to support team and stakeholder enablement
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in technical program management, with a focus on digital adoption platforms, systems integrations, or scaled enterprise software implementations
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field such as Computer Science, and Management of Information Systems is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with the WalkMe platform, complemented by expert-level skills in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS for creating sophisticated and custom solutions
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, UX principles, and the complexities of enterprise IT environments
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize technical programs at an enterprise scale and a proven track record of guiding and developing technical builders and engineers
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
