Our client is expanding in Middle Tennessee and looking for two driven, skilled Low Voltage Technicians to join our commercial installation team. What You'll Do * Install and maintain low voltage systems: telecom, security, audio/video, and data cabling. * Terminate and run Cat5/Cat6 cables, punch down blocks, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. * Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute clean, code-compliant installs. * Collaborate with a supportive team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations. * Work across exciting commercial construction sites-new builds and renovations. What You Bring 1+ year of commercial low voltage experience Proven skills in Cat5/Cat6 termination, wiring, and telecom installs Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Growth mindset, punctuality, and a solid work ethic Based in or near Nashville, TN Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) * CCTV and access control installation * Security hardware experience * Familiarity with commercial construction environments Why Eye in the Sky? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
