*Start Date:* ASAP *About the Role* We are seeking an experienced *Insurance Services Operations Manager* to lead our frontline insurance team. This role is pivotal in overseeing operations related to various insurance products. You'll manage case workflows, ensure SLA compliance, handle escalations, and support advisors in maintaining accurate records. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead and coach a team of frontline associates (not managers) * Oversee case management and Salesforce operations * Ensure timely resolution of advisor-submitted cases * Manage escalations with insurance carriers * Support insurance-related investment processes * Ensure accurate documentation of death benefits and policy details *Required Qualifications* * *Life & Health Group I Insurance License (TX)* - Required * *5-10 years* in Insurance Operations with business products * *3+ years* of experience managing small to mid-size teams * *1-2 years* of customer service experience * Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field * Strong adaptability and customer service orientation *Work Environment* * *Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday:* Work from Home * *Tuesday-Thursday:* In Office * *Hours:* 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Why Join Us?* This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization.
