Designs, develops, and maintains high-quality software to meet business and customer needs. Develops features and capabilities for end users, either external customers or internal employees. Configures and customizes vendor-provided packaged software to meet user needs. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing. Need to work 8.5 hours during 8:00-5:00pmCST *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycles Experience with agile development methodologies Experience in building APIs for both internal and external products Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles and practices Prior experience in the Insurance Industry preferred but not required Principles of finance, business, statistics, and insurance Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements Strong knowledge of agile practices and experience with agile planning tools (e.g. Azure DevOps) *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Rate* $45.00 to $75.00/hr. on a 12-month Contract To Hire Opportunity with TEKsystems. The above hourly rate range represents a general guideline; however, TEKsystems considers a number of factors when determining base hourly rate offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $11.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
