Location: In-office \| Business Casual Environment Schedule: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM \| Training: 2 Weeks (1-hour lunch), then 30-minute lunch Contract Duration: Through March/April (based on call volume) What You'll Do: * Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat * Handle 50+ inbound calls daily from businesses and consumers * Support inquiries about tax software and refund programs * Make outbound "Discovery" calls to past customers * Accurately document all interactions for trend analysis * Collaborate with a supportive team in a quiet, cubicle-style call center What You Bring: * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred) * Must have a working smartphone for Microsoft Authenticator Call Center Hours (for reference): * Dec: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM * Jan-Mar: 8:45 AM - 8:00 PM * Saturdays (Jan-Mar): 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM * Note: Schedule may not change, but flexibility is appreciated during peak season. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
