Description Our Food and Nutrition Services provide quality nutritious meals to patients, visitors and staff while educating on the importance of healthy eating habits. We also work with staff to ensure accurate diet modifications for patients as needed. The department is responsible for performing a variety of general preparation and food service activities, including tray assembly and delivery, working in the cafeteria, cashiering, ware washing, assisting with pantry functions, nourishment activities and catering. Responsible for preparing food according to recipes and production sheet within organizational standards of excellence for quality, freshness, taste and appearance. We are looking for someone reliable and competent who pays strong attention to detail and cleanliness, enjoys working with others in a team-oriented environment and shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people. Work Schedule - Open availability M-Sun - Schedule will be set 5 days a week 8 hour shifts. Qualifications: Two (2) years of food service experience as cook, food preparation, and production.
